Return for replacement 14 days

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are free to return the item to us up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order!

It is therefore possible to return the orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, without this entailing any additional costs for the customer for managing the procedure, in addition to the simple cost of transport which always remains the responsibility of the customer.

The products must be returned:

  • Correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation

To access the return procedure, the customer is required to organize, at his own expense, the shipment of the returned items to:

Any non-compliant shipment will be rejected by LIRA LIRA, resulting in the impossibility of proceeding with the return.

The refund will take place only if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to our office. LIRA LIRA will accept the returned goods, reserving any refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case will LIRA LIRA forward the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. LIRA LIRA will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid within SEVEN (7) days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal and the related communication, through a procedure for reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent sachets and closing ribbon); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, as far as possible, placing it in a second envelope; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product is prohibited;
  • Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and which, consequently, can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
  • The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event of damage to the goods during transport organized by the customer, LIRA LIRA will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured);
  • The returned products must be without obvious signs of use. The products must not show signs of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.
  • Used jewelery cannot be returned under any circumstances. Given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made.

If it is necessary to return the item, we ask you to arrange for shipping and send us the payment receipt to the email above so that we can reimburse you for shipping costs. We will refund your shipping costs within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
